If I'm an Autumn what are my "Miami Colors"?

I get this question alot. Clients who find out they are Autumns or Deep Winters feel slightly downtrodden with the idea of wearing dark colors in Miami.

Because what do we think of when we think Miami palette, Pinks= inter Miami, Turquoise=Dolphins , Oranges (actually an Autumn color!). But we mainly think BRIGHT don’t we, which is too bright for Autumns.

Well I'm saying, chin up! Because remember, every color can be worn by everyone, its just slight shifts in hues, tones, and value that we need to adjust for each person.

if you’re an Autumn, your pink will shift from cool blue base to warm orange base. Then we. add a bit more grey to soften that brightness, and Hello Miami Vice soft coral V-neck!

Your turquoise will darken a bit and mute down a notch to a peacock teal, or a dusty blue/green.

Youve got rusty light browns, dusty honey golds, and amazing light soft warm greens.

Every environment is full of color, we just need to know the right palette to choose from.
